My mother made this pie, actually several of them for every holiday! Was the most favorite dessert at her house!
Instructions
Mix together the peanut butter and powdered sugar until crumbly. Reserve 2 tablespoons to decorate the top of the finished pie.
Prepare pie crust and pudding per packaging instructions.
Assembling the pie: Place 1/2 of peanut butter crumbs on bottom of crust. Add the pudding on top of the crumbs. Then add the remaining crumbs on top of the pudding.
Cover the pudding / crumb layers with Cool Whip and sprinkle reserved crumbs on top of Cool Whip.
